Five days a week, I write with friends in a conference room at a local library. It’s nice and quiet and we get a lot of work done. I don’t pay much attention to activities going on in the library because they are usually focused on toddlers, preteens and teens. But today I noticed the electronic sign in front was advertising a Romance Author Panel.
How had I missed that?
So I picked up a flyer and discovered the library is hosting the panel in two weeks (Wednesday, July 11 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm), with four local writers — and I only knew two of the four. I’m going to have to rectify that omission soon.
In addition, the flyer advertised the library’s recently added “Romance Book Cloud” — providing “unlimited and unrestricted access to a curated collection of romance eBooks.” Wow!
